HR Field Recruiter bei FiveStar Food Mart

Essential Job Duties:

• Daily use of applicant tracking system (ATS) to review, contact, and/or hire applicants; report on key metrics from the ATS to team leaders; and provide/remove administrative access as needed.
• Train and mentor hiring managers on use of the applicant tracking system.
• Gather information on and update store staffing needs on a weekly basis for all stores and report this information to relevant team leaders.
• Source applicants with job postings, in-store signage, and promoting the recruiting bonus program.
• Screen hourly candidates via phone and/or in person using structured interview guides.
• Assist in interview scheduling or conducting interviews for hiring managers as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers to fill staffing requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Seek out and build/maintain positive relationships with local community services, colleges, employment agencies, online job sourcing outlets, and media outlets to drive applicant flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree, HR certification, or equivalent experience a plus!)
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check
• Professional appearance and a high energy, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and follow up skills.
• Team player, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, driving, and talking.
• Field Recruiters spend most of their time in our retail locations daily, and day travel in a company vehicle is required, and some occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Work hours may vary based on staffing and candidate needs.
