Job Description

The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring clinical strategic initiatives and projects defined by leadership. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare technology, cross-functional collaboration and clinical operations to align with measurable improvements in healthcare delivery. This position may travel to locations within the VIVA HEALTH service area through a reliable means of transportation insured in accordance with Company policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Seven + years of experience in client success, strategic implementation, or network development in healthcare
  • Seven + years of experience in project management
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Deep understanding of care transitions and healthcare delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives in clinical settings
  • Expertise implementation and relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with executive-level audiences
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, SaaS platforms and Project Management systems
  • Skilled in project management, workflow optimization and cross-continuum engagement

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, public Health, or business
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in software QA and regression testing
  • Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management approaches
  • Understanding of HIEs, readmission reduction strategies and value-based care delivery
