Program description
MassMedia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to the inner workings of a full-service agency and provides hands-on experience supporting account management, strategic research, client presentations, and creative project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and formatting of client-facing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support campaign development and strategy
- Help prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and agendas
- Collaborate with internal teams to track progress on creative projects and ensure deliverables align with client objectives
- Support creative briefing processes and help facilitate the flow of information between departments
- Assist with proofing and reviewing creative content to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, status trackers, and feedback logs
- Participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas for client initiatives
Requirements
Internship Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, creative, and team-oriented environ
