Fanatics’ Senior Manager, CRM will lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for FanCash and the Fanatics ONE loyalty program, driving engagement, retention, and revenue across the Fanatics ecosystem. This leader will design and launch high-impact, data-driven campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging, creating personalized member journeys that deepen fan loyalty. They will own the CRM roadmap, from automated journeys and campaign orchestration to testing and optimization, ensuring that every touchpoint delivers measurable value. The Senior Manager will translate fan insights into compelling communications that bring the loyalty program to life and maximize customer lifetime value.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Own, design, and launch high-impact lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue for FanCash and Fanatics ONE.
  • Build and scale automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging, including welcomes, recaps, and targeted benefit communications.
  • Orchestrate the CRM marketing calendar across Fanatics businesses, ensuring integrated, cohesive messaging that leverages the power of the Fanatics ecosystem.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs that outline requirements, deliverables, and metrics for success. Set the short and long-term growth strategy and CRM plan for FanCash and Fanatics ONE.
  • Partner closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to review and approve assets that align with campaign goals and brand standards. 
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize customer segmentation, messaging strategies, and channel utilization to enhance fan loyalty and engagement. 
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and other teams to align user messaging and offers across the Fanatics Ecosystem, maximizing fan engagement across products. 

 

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing, with a proven record of driving user engagement and retention through multi-channel strategies.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging. Knowledge of emerging lifecycle marketing trends and technologies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus).  
  • Strong communicator who can effectively present ideas, findings, and campaign results to key stakeholders. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Skilled at analyzing data in real-time, drawing insights, and adjusting strategies to optimize campaign performance. Experience partnering with data analysts to build effective reports and dashboards that enable data-driven iteration. 
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $130,000 to $145,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
