Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Remote (with travel to HQ or other designated locations as needed)
Reports to: Training Director

We are looking for two passionate and skilled Training Specialists to join our team and help us achieve our mission. These roles offer the opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a significant impact on our training programs.
Job Summary: The Training Specialist will identify training needs, develop training resources, and lead training events for all BSF leadership positions, both in-person and online. These roles involve designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training to improve leaders' skills and knowledge. The Training Specialists will work closely with a team of remote HQ staff and field trainers and will be responsible for developing and updating multi-media training resources. One Training Specialist will support the Men’s Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for BSF leadership positions.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop training courses, events, and resources.
- Provide spiritual encouragement and direction to staff and field personnel.
- Network with leaders of other ministries, organizations, or churches.
- Stay informed of the latest training trends and best practices.
- Lead training events and coach trainees.
- Provide training for various events, including orientations, conferences, and local leader events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Teaching Leader experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience designing e-learning or navigating online training platforms.
- Experience providing skill and leadership training to adults across generations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the Christian faith and its doctrines
