Position Summary

Lead the comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 training strategy for a multi-divisional organization, focusing on enhancing employee proficiency at all levels. Develop tailored coaching playbooks and training materials, including in-person sessions and webinars. Continuously refine training programs through feedback loops and assessments to optimize CRM utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, integrate CRM updates, and ensure effective implementation across new hire orientation and ongoing initiatives.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute CRM training initiatives across the organization, catering to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data quality, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in system maintenance tasks such as user management, configuration updates, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Develop and regularly update coaching playbooks for all people leaders within the organization, specifically tailored to maximize the effectiveness of CRM platform.
  • Drive change management via focused trainings and regular follow-ups after new system enhancements are implemented.
  • Collaborate with IT and CRM stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements that enhance usability, performance, and alignment with business processes.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for learning and training resources related to CRM, ensuring accessibility and organization of all training materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' understanding and utilization of CRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and system usage needs and develop targeted programs to address them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with the CRM owner on the rollout of updates and advancements, and incorporate relevant information into training materials and programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities

Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience working with enterprise-grade CRM systems in a professional capacity.
  • Experience with system administration tasks including data quality management and system configuration.
  • Deep knowledge of technology-based learning best practices and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Insights certification.
  • Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as workflows, security roles, and data models within Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Insights.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in CRM workflows and use cases.
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering enterprise software training programs within a multi-divisional organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality training materials, including documents, presentations, and interactive modules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing training resources and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze data for quality and consistency, and implement corrective actions.
  • Technical understanding of CRM including workflows, dashboards, and user roles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to travel frequently between locations and accommodate varying training needs across different divisions.
  • Ability to travel throughout Indiana and Michigan on a regular basis, up to 75% daily/25% overnight.
