What You’ll Do

As a Data Analytics Project Manager, you’ll lead high-profile initiatives that make healthcare data more accessible, secure, and actionable. • Lead Data-Driven Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of data warehouse and analytics initiatives using PMI PMBOK best practices, ensuring solutions align with client needs and business outcomes.
• Drive Strategic Execution: Oversee planning, resource forecasting, risk management, and delivery, applying both traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients, end users, and cross-functional teams. Translate requirements into actionable plans, resolve issues, and deliver results that inspire confidence.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Review deliverables, uphold standards, and manage change control and contract compliance to keep projects on track.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Provide clear, consistent updates through executive reporting, team facilitation, and transparent communication.
• Mentor & Motivate: Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing complex data analytics or BI projects, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience with data warehousing, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and stakeholder management  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills  
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, Administration, or Data Analytics
• PMP or CBIP certification; Agile/Scrum experience 
• Experience with Medicaid programs, MMIS, and federal reporting (e.g., CMS 64, T-MSIS)  
• Familiarity with tools such as Teradata, Informatica, SAS, Business Objects, and Microsoft Project
• Experience managing contracts over $5M and leading change/risk management efforts
