JOB DESCRIPTION

The Solutions Consulting Manager for Abstrakt Marketing Group’s Cloud Solutions division is responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and achieving sales goals. He or she will network within the industry and effectively communicate to key partners using technology solution expertise. This individual will manage all phases of the business development cycle and work to understand the technical requirements of businesses so that we can tailor Salesforce solutions to their specific needs.

The ideal Solutions Consulting Manager is a highly experienced salesperson with extensive technical knowledge. He or she should have experience using various types of technologies and software with several years of hands-on experience using Salesforce. This individual will be required to use his or her analytical skills to identify business challenges and develop creative Salesforce solutions that solve these challenges for Abstrakt’s growing client base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead sales efforts for Abstrakt Cloud Solutions and be responsible for achieving sales goals.
  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts.
  • Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities to the Abstrakt fulfillment team.
  • Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments.
  • Communicate effectively at all client levels.
  • Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit Salesforce solutions around those specific needs.
  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations).
  • Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations.
  • Add industry-specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of sales experience preferably in the software/technology industry
  • 5+ of CRM experience or successful sales career with quota achievement
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience that demonstrates a proven ability to accurately scope, estimate, and propose Salesforce.com projects heavily desired
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, and ERPs
  • Analytical approach to identifying business challenges and using creative approach toward their solutions
