Key Responsibilities:
- Execute bank payment orders based on precise expenditure plans.
- Monitor cash flow and accounts payable.
- Manage shareholder relations and maintain the company’s articles of incorporation and other statutory documents.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain and organize all financial records, documentation, and files on cloud servers.
- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial operations.
- Proactively manage the execution of both ongoing and ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Financial software experience prefereed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
