Position Summary:

CytoSorbents, a critical care leader specializing in blood purification to treat deadly conditions in critically ill and cardiac surgery patients is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and executing key warehouse processes for our medical device manufacturing including procurement, inventory, and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of ERP Systems, logistics, and inventory management. This role is onsite with the working hours of 8am-5pm and the salary range for this position is $100k-110k annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies essential to support CytoSorbents operations.

· Ensure that material planning processes are in place to maintain accurate re-order points and inventory levels to avoid any disruption in production.

  • Coordinate the shipping of materials to both domestic and international customers, including the CytoSorbents warehouse in Germany.
  • Responsibilities include label printing, pallet preparation, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and international warehouse associates to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders.
  • Streamline communications across teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Prepare and/or procure all necessary documentation for international shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review all logistics and shipping processes to ensure conformity to industry standards and internal procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse environment.
  • Implement practices that promote a productive and safe workspace for all warehouse staff.
  • Lead and manage warehouse associates, providing supervision and direction to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor work activities, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

· A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Proficiency in using ERP systems to manage inventory, procurement, and shipping activities.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

· Basic math skills and a solid understanding of inventory management principles and systems.

· Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and remain standing for extended periods.

· Must have a strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while working in a collaborative team environment.
