About the job: 

Kent is looking for a Site Administrator to support our Orange, TX regional project site(s).

 

Skills and Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor working hours and attendance of all employees, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Organize and maintain overtime authorization systems.
  • Provide administrative support to project management and departmental teams as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping of site-level documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee logistics, inquiries, and coordination.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management, aligned with professional development and workload balance, to ensure flexibility in meeting evolving project needs.

 

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

 

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:   

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Administrator on large-scale or industrial projects.

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with Excel skills required).
  • Strong ability to manage data, track employee logistics, and generate reports.

 

 

Communication:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels, clients, and external partners.

 

 

Behavior/ Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
