Description:
  • This position is a system level position and requires the ability to perform activities in analysis, production coordination, and IT project management
  • This position may lead or direct the work of others
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs with limited supervision
  • Assists in the formulation of system solutions to parallel overall business strategies
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs under the direction of EHC Leadership
  • Provides training expertise to peers as well as to EHC Leadership
  • Appropriately manage client expectations related to the project constraints and impending change, acting as a liaison between the clients and the project team
  • Presents requirements to, negotiate with, and manage technology vendors for the most cost efficient option and usefulness
  • Liaison between technology vendors and EHC Leadership to ensure vision of final product is expected
  • Responsible for Application Design / Application Architecture / Application Development
  • Integration between multiple applications, application maintenance, database design & architecture, and database management
  • Ensures data integrity given by an application and reports any misalignments that fall outside standard controls Automation of ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciling)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field required
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field preferred
  • 2 years experience with application systems and administration
  • Must be proficient in at least two of the following areas: business analysis, production support coordination, IT project management, project support, or data administration & analysis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock , Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation , Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
