Supply Chain Administrator

We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering industry-leading experiences to our customers and supplying turn-key solutions for any HVAC, refrigeration, critical environment, custom metal fabrication, energy performance, or specialty mechanical project. 

 

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll support key areas of our business—Procurement, Fleet, Facilities Management, and Asset Management. You’ll be the go-to resource for ensuring our operations are efficient, accurate, and well-organized. From managing purchase orders and vendor relationships to keeping our fleet and office supplies running without a hitch, this position is all about driving reliability and excellence.

What We Ask of You:

  • Support purchasing activities by creating purchase orders, resolving invoicing issues, and assisting with pricing estimates.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, registrations, inspections, insurance, and fuel card programs.
  • Keep our offices running by managing supply inventory and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
  • Play a key role in implementing new systems for procurement and financial management.
  • Partner with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the supply chain.


 Experience & Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, fleet, or facilities management.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid organizational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-driven mindset and the ability to adapt to different tasks and priorities.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
