Summary
- Provides support to direct care staff.
- Procedures which may include IV’s, dressing changes, and others.
- May include medication, infusion and immunization administration.
- Facilitates patient flow. Advocate for patients as needed.
- Provides patient education.
- Provides safe, competent care while enhancing the care to all ages of patients in Family Practice areas.
- Provides direct care to patients under the direction of provider within scope of practice including chronic disease management.
- Organizes patient health information and updates electronic health records.
- Maintains emergency equipment and other resources needed to provide safe, high quality patient care. Supports provider practice by utilizing the nursing process and RN skills.
- Provides management of pharmacy refill program for patients.
Schedule
Fulltime position - Working 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $33.98 - $50.96 per hour

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
- Good communication, computer, documentation, and time management skills.
- Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.
