About The Role

We’re looking for a technical and analytical revenue ops leader to join our growing team in Boston (Somerville office, Boynton Yards, near Union Square) to help assist with the rapid scaling of our global sales. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building sales dashboards, pulling sales forecasts and analysis, setting up databases, and setting up sales processes to scale. 

In this role, you’ll first report directly to our CEO and later might transition to report to other senior sales leader. You’ll be part of the sales team, own the sales metrics, reporting to and work closely with the leadership, finance, product and operations team who will be responsible for driving growth across Topsort’s revenue-generating teams. Working closely with various internal departments, you will be responsible for the execution of revenue strategies. 

  • Setting up sales operations - you will be the guardian of Hubspot, setup Automation between Billing, Quotes, CRM activities, inbound and outbound tooling. You’re the guardian of everything sales related, including numbers, processes and owner efficiency to ensure sales teams hit quota and exceed targets.
  • You will work with individual sales reps and sales leads to have both the granular data-driven view of each deal and pipeline dynamics, as well as overall sales velocity and market knowledge. 
  • Be a wiz of CRMs and sales tools - from Hubspot to Chili Piper, you know the ins and outs of a full sales stack and what it takes to scale in the context of a high velocity startup. 
  • Maintain up to date sales knowledge bases, RFPs, timelines and keeping sales teams on track throughout the quarters regarding logistics of sales activities, such as trade shows, industry events, and legal redlines. 
  • Facilitate Sales Training, Kickoff, Retro and ceremonies to ensure sales frameworks are implemented consistently across the teams. Use Retool, BI tools, and and spreadsheets to analyze and make data driven decisions and generate actionable insights to ensure Topsort stays ahead of competitors in the retail media industry
  • Prepare tailored content for Topsort’s clients and the retail media industry while leveraging standardized templates to maintain efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop scalable and repeatable processes to ensure seamless operational guidelines across multiple departments at Topsort. 

What You’ll Do

  • Vision: Lead the commercial execution for one of our most strategic markets. You’ll help drive growth, shape our sales development strategy, and contribute to Topsort’s overall go-to-market success.
  • Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing sales team (30+ and growing), focusing on coaching, accountability, and a strong team culture.
  • Execution: Drive complex, high-value deals by deeply understanding client needs, mapping key accounts, and positioning our ad infrastructure solutions as strategic business drivers.
  • Strategy: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM strategies, messaging, and positioning are aligned with market needs.
  • Process: Optimize sales operations—including forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM usage, and lead qualification—to ensure consistent and measurable execution.
  • Performance: Set and exceed aggressive sales targets by maintaining pipeline discipline, strong market insights, and consistent execution across teams.
  • Collaboration: Act as the focal point for the team, ensuring regional feedback informs broader company decisions and cross-functional alignment is maintained.

What We’re Looking For

  • B.A or B.S. or MBA in STEM, specifically Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering related fields are great.
  • 2+ Years of Analytical Experience working in finance or sales operations, bonus point if you worked at a high pressure fast paced environment.

Prefer entrepreneurial characters, strong team player

  • You’ll be working with a global team, so experience with international markets, speaking multiple languages, or working and studying abroad is relevant.

You must be proficient and technical in setting up html, SQL, Python, coding, tooling and automation in BI tools and internal automation. Ability to use visualization dashboards (eg Tableau) to create graphs and actionable reports
