WebMD Health Services is part of the WebMD family. We have been designing well-being programs for employers and health plans for over 20 years. Our mission is to empower organizations and their populations to improve well-being through personalized, strategic partnerships.
- Increase awareness and engagement in client-wide well-being offerings.
- Assist with the day-to-day delivery of the well-being program.
- Respond to and work directly with associates on their questions related to the well-being program.
- Support onsite biometric screenings and provide well-being information and resources that align with client’s well-being offerings.
- Manage and support the Well-being Champion Network, including assisting with site-specific program recommendations, initiatives, and promotions.
- Establish relationships and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Assist with building a culture of health in collaboration with the client team strategy.
- Create meaningful and engaging content for promotional support of the client’s well-being program.
- Collaborate with internal Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) and vendor resources to increase engagement.
- Provide ongoing project management for onsite programs and promotional events.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to provide ongoing program performance review and support.
- Track and report on key metrics.
- Improve utilization of Individual and Group Coaching sessions.
- Support implementation of WHS Well-being Challenges.
- Assist the client and internal account team with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Wellness Coordinating, or similar experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing Wellness Champion Networks.
- Strong program planning skills.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience working in or with the professional services field.
- Professional Certification from National Wellness Institute (NWI), The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), or the equivalent certification.
