Collaborates with the contractors to establish the preferred approach to tailings dam other heavy civil construction, including tried and proven methods as well as being open to considering innovative new technologies as they become available. Collaborates internally with all groups but with a specific focus on partnering with the safety and environment groups and working towards continuous improvement.
