Job Summary
Job Duties
- Ensures all files are maintained properly. (Essential)
- Checks arrival, departure, and "who's here" report to process mail correctly. (Essential)
- Receives mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis. Distributes mail appropriately. (Essential)
- Processes all certified, registered, and returned mail. (Essential)
- Handles all calls regarding mail. (Essential)
- Supervises all aspects of the mail room including delegating responsibilities to Mail Clerks. (Essential)
- Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Assists with the distribution of packages that come via USPS.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company
- Ability to negotiate prices/contracts on behalf of the resort
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
- Must have a valid driver's license
