1. Noble Casing, Inc.

2. Noble Drilling, LLC.

3. Noble Trucking, LLC.

4. Noble Well Services, LLC.


HSE Administrative Assistant Summary

This position will be based in the Noble Trucking LLC. facility located in Williston, North Dakota and reports directly to the HSE Director. This position primarily provides clerical and administrative support to the HSE group, while also assisting in maintaining and reporting HSE documentation, and scheduling required training for employees. This position may also be required to provide HSE information to outside 3rd-parties. 

This position requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has extreme attention to detail, is self-motivated and works well as a part of our team. The company is comprised of employees who take their jobs very seriously but also like to laugh and have fun. This position would embrace creating an environment of safety and positivity all while being highly organized, proficient, and professional. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

· Maintaining facility audits and recording action items.

· Updating employee safety and training files as needed.

· Auditing and updating rosters.

· Provides assistance in tracking action items to completion.

· Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

· Communicates with other supervisors and managers about HSE updates and issues.

· Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the HSE Director.

· Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as time and attendance, safety incidents, and action item closures.

· Assists with data collection and reporting to various personnel within the company, SharePoint or outside suppliers.

· Assists in the implementation of HSE projects as needed.

· Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience 

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year HSE or administrative related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Duties

This position has no supervisory duties.

Language Skills 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills 

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer skills including all Microsoft Office software and the capability to learn and utilize new software.

Travel Requirements: Occasionally, the employee may be required to travel on company business as directed by the HSE Director and/or other members of the management team. The employee will either use a company vehicle or be reimbursed for mileage using the current approved IRS mileage rate.
