Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern to join our Phoenix team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of commercial finance, sales development, and business growth strategy. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales and business development team to support customer acquisition, partner engagement, and deal pipeline management.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Assist in outbound prospecting to dealers, vendors, and small business owners.
- Support sales representatives in preparing proposals and financing solutions.
- Research target industries (construction, transportation, material handling, and more) to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in sales calls, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Help manage CRM data (Salesforce) by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead follow-up.
- Learn the fundamentals of equipment finance and lending.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sales, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to contribute.
