About You:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable applications across the stack, with an emphasis on modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and Node.js back-end services. You will provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and drive innovation in both front-end and back-end solutions.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Design and build applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Lead development of responsive, performant, and accessible web and hybrid applications (React, Redux, Capacitor, Electron).
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures with Node.js.
• Architect and support cloud-native deployments in Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design and optimize client-side persistence layers (SQLite, IndexedDB) and implement efficient data access strategies, including caching and search integration.
• Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and enforce engineering best practices (DDD, SOLID, BDD).
• Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable features.
• Conduct code reviews, champion performance optimization, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional innovation efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong back-end development skills with Node.js (RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven systems).
• Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native solutions in Azure (or AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building hybrid applications (Capacitor, Electron) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers, leading projects, and guiding technical decisions.
• Knowledge of software design principles (DDD, SOLID) and testing frameworks (unit, integration, BDD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
