Job Description:
  • Assemble mechanic, hydraulic, and electric components on a customer vehicle per request including sensors for testing purposes
  • Understand the vehicle project requirements and perform required instrumentation in timely manner
  • Identify and repair problems with the vehicle and its components
  • Inspect and maintain the vehicle garage and proving ground to have an organized and clean work area
  • Support upgrade/optimization for hardware on vehicles and other machines in the shop
  • Manufacture custom components needed for required vehicle setup
  • Maintain the inventory and follow-up consumables in the shop
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or technical school certificate or associate degree in hydraulic, mechanical, electronics or technology field
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electronics, pumps, valves, hoses, fittings
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic assembly drawings and schematics.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic machinery, wiring harness, routing, and troubleshooting, RnD background is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment, mobile hydraulics, or electro-hydraulic systems. EV vehicles experience is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic assembly drawings and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Word and  Excel
  • Strong attention to safety and detail in both hydraulic and electrical work.
  • Effective teamwork and communication within the team and cross-functional departments
