Position Objective
Porsche Engineering Services North America Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for the department. We are looking for ambitious students seeking to make an impact on strategic projects in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical department support towards the achievement organizational objectives
- Work directly with key personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approach
- Work closely with departments to assure and validate the project process
- Provide administrative support and complete other projects and duties as assigned
- Support marketing and special projects as required
- Participate in the gathering requirements from business partners for the development of data analytic tools and reports
- Support (Internal) Communications to ensure a successful implementation of the company internal communications strategy
Education
- Recent graduate or Junior/Senior status currently attaining Bachelor's Degree in Business with focus on Marketing, Finance/Accounting, IT, Communications, Engineering or comparable study is required
- Previous Internships in Corporate environments preferred
Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once
- Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
- Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
The pay rate for this position is between $19 and $21 per hour plus overtime, dependent on education status.
