We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our fast-growing team and help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you’ll tackle complex challenges, design scalable solutions, and bring innovative ideas to life on the Salesforce platform. What that means day to day
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs through declarative tools (Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development and maintain consistency.
- Create and manage integrations with external systems using REST APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and new features, proactively recommending improvements.
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to enhance user experiences, optimize workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Participate in Tier 3 support activities to diagnose and resolve production incidents.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Estimate development effort accurately based on user stories and technical complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure) to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure defect-free solutions.
- Provide informal leadership and technical guidance to junior developers and peers.
- Share technical knowledge and development approaches through documentation, walkthroughs, and code examples.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Significant experience in Salesforce development, with deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance best practices.
- Experience with code versioning tools (Bitbucket, Git) and project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience building custom UIs on the Lightning platform.
- Experience with data migration tools and processes (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II or Architect certifications a plus).
