ABOUT THE JOB

As part of TUI’s Group Sustainability Team, you will contribute to strategic projects based on our sustainability agenda – People, Planet, Progress – helping to advance the company’s sustainable transformation.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Depending on workload, you may support the following areas:

1. Sustainability & Learning (Sustainability Academy)

• Support the development and implementation of the TUI Sustainability Academy
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development department to integrate sustainability into training offerings
• Create training content using relevant authoring tools
• Conduct research on effective learning methods and their impact on employees

2. Sustainability Reporting & Supply Chain

• Contribute to the implementation of CSRD reporting
• Support the maintenance of the supply chain risk management system
• Conduct research and risk assessments related to human rights and due diligence
• Develop training measures

3. General Project Support

• Assist with strategic sustainability projects
• Prepare presentations, communication materials, and meeting documentation

ABOUT YOU 

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental or Sustainability Management, Business, Human Resources, Tourism, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in tourism, sustainability, or HR is an advantage
• You are interested in topics such as ESG, sustainable transformation, reporting, human rights, or learning concepts
• You collaborate effectively with colleagues from various business areas, countries, and cultural backgrounds, and thrive in virtual and international team environments
• You have a hands-on working mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are open-minded, curious, and a lifelong learner
• You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not a requirement
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
