Senior Specialist Platform Service Office in Systems & Infrastructure (m/f/d) (Ingolstadt, DE, 85053) bei MediaMarktSaturn

Your Tasks

• Close collaboration with the responsible Platform Owner and Service Delivery Leads in the VP area "Systems & Infrastructure"
• Tracking of platform/domain budget spend and forecast in alignment with the technology roadmap
• Tracking and coordination of orders and invoices in collaboration with the respective Contract Owner
• Coordination of monthly and yearly financial closure activities
• Documentation and tracking of the Tech4Tech project roadmap
• Creation, communication, and management of budgets and project milestones in coordination with the responsible TPMs
• Problem-solving in complex or unclear situations and proactive identification and mitigation of risks
• Promotion and implementation of best practices within the domain related to finance and roadmap planning
• Function as primary contact (m/f/d) for Headquarter Sourcing, Order Management, Finance, and other stakeholders regarding platform-related planning and review activities
• Interface role, together with the Platform Owner and the VP of Systems & Infrastructure, to other VP areas and global business units regarding platform planning and controlling
• Participation in projects on behalf of Systems & Infrastructure, such as transitions, transformations, changes in operating models, performance and quality reviews, and efficiency initiatives
• Active contribution to the PM community to drive continuous improvement in financial and roadmap planning processes

Your Profile

• University degree or a comparable qualification
• Advanced awareness of financial planning and tracking; experience in finance controlling considered an advantage
• High level of organizational skills and a structured working style to effectively monitor and manage open tasks
• Proven professional experience of several years in leading smaller projects or acting as a PMO, ideally in the area of IT infrastructure
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder levels
• Project management skills considered a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken skills in both German and English
