
URGENT: Technology & Training Specialist (course content creation & trainer experience is required) bei WorkStaff360

- Learn and manage multiple platforms including Sycle.net, Google Workspace, Synthesia, Google Labs, and social media platforms.
- Support leadership in integrating AI-driven tools into workflows and employee training.
- Assist in building training plans, SOPs, guides, and manuals in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
- Ensure staff understand and successfully use required software and systems.
- Track training progress and hold employees accountable for completing required sessions.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with American team members and leadership.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to leadership on training completion, adoption, and effectiveness.
- Help develop protocols and systems that improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
- Support with documentation, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Assist in ongoing process refinement as new tools and technologies are adopted.
Hard Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or Technology Support role.
- Strong ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills — able to engage and train American team members seamlessly.
- Confidence and professionalism in holding others accountable to complete tasks and training.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools, video training software (e.g., Synthesia), and productivity platforms is highly preferred.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$7USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
