We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join the AgencyAnalytics team!

AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and scaling their efforts through data & automation. We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative team that’s transforming the way that marketing agencies are supported - and we’re only getting started!

In this role, you will lead our product-led growth initiatives, with a primary focus on activation, conversion, and expansion. You’ll take a critical lens to our customer journey and ship improvements that drive measurable growth for the business.

While the majority of your time will be focused on growth, you’ll also collaborate with stakeholders on monetization initiatives where they intersect with the customer experience (e.g. pricing flows, upgrades, billing UX). This represents a smaller portion of the role, but your perspective will help ensure that these initiatives align with our growth strategy and customer needs.

This is a high-leverage role where you’ll directly shape how thousands of agencies experience and grow with our product. By focusing primarily on product-led growth, and selectively guiding customer-facing billing experiences, you’ll have both autonomy and visibility to make a measurable impact on our company’s next stage of growth.

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will:

  • Drive growth across the funnel — from trial activation to conversion to customer expansion.
  • Proactively discover and prioritize growth opportunities through research, experimentation, and data analysis.
  • Design and run experiments (A/B, split, multivariate) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, data, and sales/marketing teams to ship improvements that move the needle
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and leadership on billing/monetization projects where they touch the customer experience, ensuring usability and clarity.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics, sharing insights and learnings in a compelling way.
  • Champion product-led growth thinking across the company.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years driving product-led growth initiatives at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to blend intuitive product sense with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong skills in experimentation design, analytics, and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
  • Empathy for customers and a user-centric mindset, with the ability to advocate for customer needs in complex discussions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing across teams and levels.
  • Familiarity with MarTech is a plus.

Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 CAD.  Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
