WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Installation Project Supervisor is responsible for the management, support and working collaboration of the Sales Specialists (FSCs and ESSs), Planning & Design team, Site Supervisor, Installation and Hi-Tech Technicians and Equipment Coordinators (ECs) to deliver a superior customer experience through the planning, coordination, and installation of capital equipment. Key performance elements include overall management, coordination and communication delivering high quality, efficient installations that achieve overall internal and external customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING
The candidate has completed a post-secondary program in Project Management and brings over five years of experience in both equipment and customer service, as well as a minimum of three years in a leadership role. They have project management experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with customers. Additionally, they possess a solid working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with proficiency in office computer applications. The candidate also possesses the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics with accuracy.
