To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Strategic Program Manager to drive key revenue-generating initiatives across the Global Brand Partnerships team.

This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering strategic workstreams across monetisation of Fever Originals and our Media Product, Lead generation and go-to-market strategy, and overall performance optimisation.
The goal: to maximise revenue and efficiency across our global Brand Partnerships function.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving decision-making, and ensuring our most important commercial initiatives are set up for success.

About the role:

Lead and support a diverse portfolio of revenue-driving initiatives, including:

Fever Original Event Monetisation

  • Oversee the integration of brand partnerships into select Fever Original events — managing relationships with IP owners and production partners, and building scalable processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration between internal BP and cross-functional teams across P&L ownership, sales strategy, and activation planning.
  • Act as a strategic consultant on commercial proposals, delivery materials, and post-campaign analyses to elevate quality and consistency.
  • Conduct regular performance reporting across FO brand partnerships, leveraging insights to recommend strategies for growth and improved profitability.

Lead Generation & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Build and execute a data-driven lead generation strategy to attract high-value inbound interest, utilising CRM and marketing automation tools like Apollo to nurture leads effectively.
  • Develop and continuously refine Fever’s Brand Partnerships go-to-market strategy across key opportunity types (e.g. Media, Fever Originals, Bespoke Events), leveraging insights from high-performing verticals, audience data, and evolving industry trends.
  • Own Fever’s Brand Partnerships presence on lead-generation platforms, including the BP website and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and engaging content pipeline that highlights our capabilities and success stories.
  • Own initiatives that improve speed to market and strengthen Fever’s brand positioning in partnership pitches.

Media Product Commercialisation

  • Analyse the current media offering and how it is packaged and sold by the Brand Partnerships team to improve the product, sales approach, and internal workflows.
  • Identify blockers that prevent scalability or revenue growth and propose structured, cross-functional solutions.

Brand Partnerships Performance Analysis & Strategy

  • Partner with the Growth & Data team to build continuous reporting frameworks that track BP performance across markets, opportunity types, and our initiatives.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform commercial strategy and optimise performance.

About you:

  • 3-6 years in a project management role or 2+ in consulting background. This is not a position for an events production background.
  • You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
  • You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Benefits & Perks

  • Attractive compensation package
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
  • Remote friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • Language Lessons
  • Gympass
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
  • TaxDown
  • We have free snacks, drinks and fruit at the office
