Work with NousLib — one of Europe’s fastest-growing dating platforms
About the Opportunity
NousLib is not just another dating app. With over 2.5 million users, triple-digit growth, and a place in the Top 10 Lifestyle Apps in France, they’re reshaping how open-minded people connect.
As part of their remote-first tech team via Workana Premium, you’ll join as a Semi Senior Ruby on Rails Developer and lead feature work that touches both product and platform. The app is built on Rails with a sleek mobile webview — and it’s scaling fast across Europe, Japan, and the UK.
What You’ll Build
Your first months will focus on two high-impact projects:
- 🔐 A custom moderation & customer support platform to replace Zendesk — built in-house for sensitive content and fast response times
- 💌 A poetic new user feature where people match based on stories and desires — before seeing each other’s profiles.
Both projects will stretch your backend muscles and offer plenty of room to improve architecture, performance, and team processes.
