As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead strategic account management efforts, driving growth, retention, and client satisfaction for our most valuable clients. Building upon your extensive experience in account management and Salesforce solutions, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them on their Salesforce journey and delivering innovative solutions that address their evolving business needs.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus a performance-based commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage key client accounts, focusing on strategic planning, revenue growth, and client retention—from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and mutual success.
Cultivate and grow existing client partnerships by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce solutions. Strategically identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our footprint within current accounts, ensuring long-term client success and driving significant revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Project Delivery, to align account strategies with client objectives and deliver integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure the successful execution of contracts, working closely with legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders to drive deals to closure.
Develop and deliver strategic account reviews, business reviews, and executive briefings to senior client stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and value-added services to drive client success.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings, and incorporate insights into account strategies and business development efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in strategic account management within SaaS, or technology industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing enterprise client accounts.
Experience working with Salesforce solutions and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce products, with certifications in Salesforce preferred.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
