Position Summary: 

While adhering to department and company policies, the Contractor Management Recruiter role provides direct support to the Process Servers and Contractor Managers as well as collaborate with the Support Specialist and operations staff as a subject matter expert. 

 The position requires excellent phone and data entry skills, problem solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills and vendor relationship building skills. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast pace growing environment. 

 Position Responsibility and Duties

  • Adhere to company and Department Policy and Procedures
  • Recruit Process Servers and complete the on boarding process
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting websites in order to run ads, evaluate candidates, conduct interviews and explain the benefits of working with our company
  • Strong negotiating skills for rate of pay and explain big picture opportunity
  • Supply support to Contractor Managers as needed
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in order to effectively communicate with process servers in all markets.
  • Review of all Independent Contractors records to ensure compliance
  • Train process servers on using both our mobile apps and desktop versions
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or requested
  • Ability to locate and understand Federal/State statues and Federal/State rules of Civil Procedures, Civil Codes and 

      Local Ordinances

 Requirements 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
  • Five years of verifiable work experience
  • Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Maintain organization in daily work duties
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Relationship building skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment

 Reporting to this Position:  No direct reports

Attendance requirements:  To support the needs of ProVest’s businesses, regular and reliable attendance is required. Individuals must be able to work at least a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, and be available as situations arise requiring extended hours.
