On-Call Customer Service Representative Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our seasonal snow team. In this on-call role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers as needed during winter weather events. 

On Call Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from external and internal customers.
• Address customer concerns and requests through the phone system and company email.
• Create cases to provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns and requests.
• Make outbound calls in response to customer service concerns/requests.
• Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

On Call Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must provide your own computer and headset.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating between screens.
• Ability to learn application software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
