On-Call Customer Service Representative Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our seasonal snow team. In this on-call role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers as needed during winter weather events.
On Call Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from external and internal customers.
- Address customer concerns and requests through the phone system and company email.
- Create cases to provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns and requests.
- Make outbound calls in response to customer service concerns/requests.
- Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values
On Call Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Must provide your own computer and headset.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating between screens.
- Ability to learn application software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
