Job Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated Service Desk Representative II to join our IT Support Team. In this role, you will provide exceptional first and second-level technical support for all IT devices, software, and applications. You’ll be responsible for actively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity. Support areas include desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and ready to deliver high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30AM-5:00PM
What you need to be considered for the role:
- Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficient in using and supporting Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical people.
Ability to comprehend complex environments.
Skilled in asking inquisitive questions to help resolve issues.
- Ability / willingness to travel to other Grande facilities 10% of the time.
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field preferred.
- ITIL Foundations Certificate desired.
