Position Summary
We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate, nurture and convert leads, and drive customer engagement through HubSpot. As our CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide adoption and optimization of our CRM platform-HubSpot across marketing and different functions. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, along with a solid understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and performance tracking. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for improving workflows and customer experience through CRM technology.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert.
- Taking an active role in all phases of CRM campaigns - goal setting, campaign planning, testing, launch strategy, execution and ongoing marketing optimization.
- Create and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and audience segmentation in HubSpot.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing.
- Build and present reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key insights.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, business development) to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, industry changes, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, marketing/sales, or related field.
- Experienced HubSpot user with experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, workflows, and CRM integration (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of measurable campaign success.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and performance optimization.
- Experience in A/B testing and interpreting results to improve conversion and engagement.
- Familiarity with CRO tools and techniques to optimize landing pages and campaign flows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
