Test Lead - 5G/4G LTE/3G Testing
Job Summary
The Test Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the testing efforts for complex telecommunications projects involving 5G, 4G LTE, and 3G technologies. This position is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing testing strategies to ensure that all project modules meet stringent client and internal quality standards. As a key member of the testing team, the Test Lead will collaborate with stakeholders, enhance the testing framework, and mentor QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Understand Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Ensure The Development Of Effective Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Testing Tools.
2. Develop And Continuously Improve Automated Tests As New System Features And Enhancements Are Implemented, While Creating Detailed Work Plans And Monitoring Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery That Aligns With Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Accurate Test Data, And Submit Regular Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Address Any Escalations.
4. Guide And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Python And Automation, And Fostering An Environment Of Increased Productivity And Collaboration Within The Team.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Python Programming And Its Application In Test Automation.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of 5G, 4G Lte, And 3G Testing Methodologies And Frameworks.
3. Experience In Developing Automated Test Scripts And Frameworks, With A Focus On Scalability And Reusability.
4. Solid Familiarity With Test Management Tools And Processes, Including Defect Tracking And Reporting Standards.
5. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Istqb Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester, Or Relevant Test Automation Certifications.
