Claims Intern Opportunity
Claims adjusters are in the business of helping people recover after they’ve experienced a loss from an accident or disaster. As a Claims Intern, you’ll learn how adjusters guide customers through one of life’s most stressful moments with knowledge, care, and efficiency.
You’ll gain firsthand exposure to the claims process — from individual claims handling to departmental metrics and adjuster support — while also developing a clear view of how claims fit into the full insurance cycle. Along the way, you’ll build skills that matter in any career, learning about our products and processes, strengthening your communication, negotiation, and time management abilities, and seeing how adjusters measure success through metrics and customer outcomes.
To prepare you for success, interns are required to complete a self-study course and obtain an adjuster license before the program begins. All costs are fully covered.
