Propósito del Rol
Como Site Engagement Leader (SEL) serás responsable de desarrollar y gestionar alianzas estratégicas de largo plazo con sitios e instituciones clave de ensayos clínicos. Serás un enlace muy fundamental entre GSK y los actores externos, garantizando una colaboración efectiva para entregar ensayos clínicos de alta calidad en tiempo y forma, al mismo tiempo que fortaleces la reputación de GSK en la comunidad de investigación clínica.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Construir y gestionar alianzas estratégicas con sitios e instituciones de ensayos clínicos para impulsar colaboraciones exitosas.

• Brindar a los actores externos información sobre el portafolio de investigación y las áreas terapéuticas de GSK, apoyando la preparación para los ensayos.

• Responsable de las interacciones y presentaciones con la agencia regulatoria de los estudios previo a su sometimiento.

• Activa participación en las factibilidades de todas las áreas terapéuticas.

• Identificar, evaluar e involucrar institucionales potenciales para asociaciones de investigación a nivel local y nacional.

• Monitorear riesgos de cumplimiento y calidad en los sitios, implementando estrategias de mitigación proactivas.

Calificaciones Básicas

• Título universitario en áreas de las ciencias de la salud.

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en investigación clínica en distintas áreas terapéuticas.

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones.

• Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas Clínicas (GCP) y regulaciones locales.

• Dominio de herramientas de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.

Calificaciones Deseables

• Título profesional Medico.

• Experiencia directa trabajando con sitios de ensayos clínicos.

• Amplia experiencia en gestión de proyectos y trabajo en equipos matriciales.

• Experiencia demostrada en optimización de procesos y gestión del cambio.
