We are looking for a US Supply Chain Analyst who is intellectually curious, self-driven, and adaptable to join our Global Supply Chain team based in our Atlanta, Georgia office in the United States. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence.
About the Role
You will support the U.S. distribution network by delivering analytics, reporting, and process optimization across order-to-cash and inventory workflows. The role focuses on achieving service level targets, reducing cost-to-serve, enabling on-time, in-full product launches, and ensuring budget planning and adherence across operational activities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity across SAP, EDI, and 3PL systems, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, and DSCSA standards, while driving operational excellence. The position collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external logistics partners to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and foster continuous improvement.
It develops dashboards and reports to monitor service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment, while streamlining workflows to enhance reliability and throughput. The role also ensures governance and SOP compliance, including audit readiness, supports quality and regulatory documentation, coordinates performance improvement initiatives, and contributes to financial stewardship through budget planning, tracking, and cost control measures.
Who you’ll work with
Internally, you will work with Customer Service, Global Logistics, Quality Assurance, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Digital Technology, Global IT, Recall Committee, Change Control Committee. Externally, you will work with Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs), Transportation Carriers, System Vendors
What you’ll do
Reporting & KPI Harmonization
- Align U.S. MSO reporting with global standards and ensure timely, accurate KPI submissions
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, transitioning from Excel to Qlik
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, product availability, and forecast accuracy to support decision-making
Budget Control & Visibility
- Implement budget control mechanisms and track operational costs
- Collaborate with Finance to align forecasts and provide regular budget updates
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead process automation and infrastructure rollout initiatives
- Use analytics to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
Compliance, Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, DSCSA, and financial policies
- Support inventory control activities including audits and SAP adjustments
- Facilitate stakeholder mapping, annual planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Education, Qualifications, Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of advanced analyst experience, with at least 5 in Supply Chain
- Advanced experience with SAP (MM/SD/PP) and Microsoft 365 Suite
- BI Tools: Familiarity with tools like Qlik for developing and maintaining dashboards
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Skills
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of supply chain analytics experience in pharmaceuticals
- Experience with PowerBI
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $104,000 - $137,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
