Description

Provide programmatic support to NSWC PCD in the development of technical inputs to NAVSEA, NSWC PCD, and other naval organizations. Deliver engineering services support, including technical reports and studies for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including high-pressure life support equipment, respiratory equipment, chemical & biological protection, armor plates, helmets, and personnel protective clothing.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide programmatic support to NSWC PCD in the development of technical inputs to NAVSEA, NSWC PCD, and other naval organizations

• Generate and deliver technical reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel

• Provide engineering services support and deliver technical reports and studies for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including high-pressure (above 3000 PSI) life support equipment, respiratory equipment, chemical & biological, armor plates, helmets, and personnel protective clothing

• Review/draft Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RAM) Test and Evaluation (T&E), and risk analysis

• Help identify capabilities, shortfalls, and limitations of CBRN equipment, such as individual protection equipment (IPE)

• Provide input into joint program technical documentation, including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP)

• Assess capability gaps and work with the team to provide potential solutions to resolve programmatic shortfalls

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in any Discipline

Experience: 5+ years of combined experience as a CBRN analyst


Required Skills:

• Experience in CBRN requirements, fielding, and training

• Familiarity with CBRN IPE equipment

• Experience working with the CBRN Joint Requirements Office (JRO) and Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO)

• Proficient writing/oral skills


Security Clearance: Secret Security Clearance


Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
