If you answered “YES!”, the Post Closer I role at Mortgage Center may be the perfect fit for you!  In the Post Closer role,

You’ll be:

• Reviewing closed loan packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with investor guidelines.
• Tracking and following up on outstanding documents from title companies and settlement agents.
• Updating the Loan Origination System (LOS) with accurate data, milestone dates, and statuses.
• Preparing assignments, endorsements, and other required documents for final delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues and obtain missing information.
• Assisting with accounting audits, payoff confirmations, and other departmental needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to a highly regulated, dynamic, and deadline-driven area of the mortgage industry.
• Gain valuable experience with investor compliance, HMDA data, and mortgage documentation.
• Grow your skills in Microsoft Office and other industry systems. 

You’ll have:

• At least 1 year of post-closing experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
