As the Regional Sales Head (US) for R3’s Labs business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Head with a passion for DeFi to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts across North America. This role will focus on closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales within the financial services sector, specifically within capital markets or other related domains and have in-depth knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Blockchain, Digital Assets, and DeFi solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new business across financial institutions, leveraging your network to close enterprise deals.
Act as the face of R3 Labs in the US: own the sales cycle from lead to close, including RFPs and negotiations.
Ensure that all deals are closed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Build strong relationships with the Solana Foundation and ecosystem companies to unlock opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and services teams to deliver client solutions.
Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce; provide market feedback to inform strategy.
Represent R3 Labs at client meetings and industry events (travel up to 20%).
Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence in the US, leveraging your pre-existing network of financial contacts.
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years enterprise sales into financial institutions; 3+ years in Digital Assets/Crypto/DeFi.
Established networks and relationships across the North American region, especially within the Digital Assets space.
Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals involving partner companies.
Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start up-like environment.
Willingness to travel within the US region as needed (up to 20%).
