WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of domestic and international shipments, inventory deployment, and warehouse operations. You will support the end-to-end logistics lifecycle—from receiving and processing inbound stock to deploying assets and performing physical inventory. You’ll ensure effective communication across global inventory teams, shipping partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with safety, procedural, and client-specific requirements.
This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, warehouse-centered environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping & Deployment Coordination
- Organize and execute domestic and international shipments, ensuring documentation, labeling, and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate hardware and equipment delivery to client sites, aligned with project timelines and service-level expectations.
- Serve as a primary contact for on-site Shipping and Receiving teams and Dock Masters to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate tracking.
Inventory Management & Fulfillment
- Participate in physical inventory audits, including weekly spot checks and monthly cycle counts.
- Support replenishment of remote stockrooms and assist with outbound inventory staging and quality control.
- Process and fulfill materials and equipment requests using internal systems, ensuring real-time traceability.
Warehouse Operations & Task Management
- Execute daily warehouse logistics activities including receiving, staging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting to prevent delays in outbound readiness or deployment.
- Support e-waste, protected waste, and recycling activities.
Communication & Escalation
- Monitor logistics task queues and ensure timely updates and resolution.
- Escalate issues such as aging requests, missed communications, and configuration integrity problems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal clients, vendors, and global inventory teams.
Administrative & Technical Competency
- Accurately input and manage logistics data across relevant platforms.
- Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite for communication, reporting, and documentation.
- Complete all required operational trainings (Meta, EOS, SOPs).
Local Delivery Support
- Perform scheduled local deliveries (within a 25-mile radius) twice weekly using a designated service vehicle.
Key Tools & Systems
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Internal inventory management systems and task-tracking platforms
- Company-provided service vehicle (for local deliveries)
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and shipment processing.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Technical proficiency with WMS, handheld scanners, and basic shipping software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Effective time management and ability to adapt to shifting demands.
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with e-waste and recycling logistics.
- Previous experience supporting local deliveries.
