Crafted Highlights: 

As a Data Science & AI Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.  The internship is a full-time summer position from May 4 - August 7 (Canada interns) and May 27 - August 7 (U.S. interns). 

Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation. 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

Join our dynamic team at Molson Coors as a Data, Analytics, and AI intern, where you’ll work closely with our data, analytics, and AI team. This team designs and builds generalizable, core data science products to support and enable cross-functional teams across the business. The Data, Analytics, and AI intern will have the opportunity to develop and enhance core AI & data science capabilities to help empower the organization to leverage their data faster and smarter.  

• Develop, implement, and document new capabilities in predictive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI to solve complex business problems. 

• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand complex sales, marketing, and/or supply chain data, to identify trends, and to derive insights for the business. 

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative team environment to deliver improvements and enhancements to AI & data science products. 

• Communicate findings clearly and with purpose to technical and non-technical stakeholders in the form of presentations and key deliverables. 

Key Ingredients: 

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science – relevant studies in STEM-related degrees also applicable 

• You are curious, a self-starter, and possess a strong will to learn and ask questions  

• You are not afraid to fail fast, to try things out, and iterate over possible solutions 

• Having an interest in emerging, innovative technologies in the field is strongly preferred 

• Intermediate/advanced experience with Python, SQL is strongly preferred 

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) experience is strongly preferred 

• Experience with Git, version control strongly preferred 

• Prior experience performing machine learning, statistical analysis, or related exploratory data analysis is preferred 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
