Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HVAC sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on key sales KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conduct ride-alongs and support reps in closing high-value opportunities.
- Ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and contract documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC or home services sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and financing options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
