Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor and report on key sales KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
• Conduct ride-alongs and support reps in closing high-value opportunities.
• Ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and contract documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC or home services sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and financing options.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
