Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a liaison between families and clinicians to resolve care concerns.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, address issues, and drive quality improvements.
• Manage workflow and follow-ups using an internal ticketing system.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide compassionate support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet care goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 1-2 years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
