WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • You will provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment, offering expert guidance to our clients.

  • You will manage projects independently and in a structured manner, always with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.

  • You will design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • In agile projects, you may take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward.

  • You will advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context.

  • Acting as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation, you will ensure that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions.

  • You will perform requirements engineering and business process analysis, offering guidance on improving business processes.

  • Additionally, you will assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations, ensuring that technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

  • Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.

  • Strong background and experience in requirements management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.

  • Fluent German required (C1 level or higher).

  • Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding.
